Mike brings to his work almost 30 years of experience gained as a research user (Head of Living Analytics at SingTel Group Digital Life, Brand Manager at P&G), research intermediary (marketing consultant at McKinsey & Company) and research provider (Global Director of Insights and Knowledge Management at Synovate [now Ipsos], a top 10 global market research agency). Mike’s MBA was awarded to him with high distinction (Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School.
